DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We have free domestic shipping. The estimated delivery time is 1 - 3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer two options for international shipping :

1) Standard: Estimated delivery time is 5 - 15 business days. The cost of shipping is THB 700.-

2) Express : Estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 businesss days. The cost of shipping is THB 1'200.-

Please note that you are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Do you need to return or exchange something?

No problem! We accept all returns within 7 days upon receiving your order. If 7 days have gone by since you received your items, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, with all labels intact in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

Notify us of your wish to return an item via email on charlotte@littleoceanheroes.com. Please include the order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Make sure the items are in the same condition as when received, pack them carefully to ensure that items don’t get damaged on the way.

Attach returns label that will be emailed to you on the package.
A little swimwear TLC will allow you to enjoy your Little Ocean Heroes swim trunks for a longer period of time!

Rinse your swimwear with fresh water after each use

Handwash with a mild detergent

Do not use bleach or stain removers

Hang to dry, in the shade

Do not iron or dry clean

Did you know that our shorts are made out of recycled plastic bottles? How, you ask? Simple!

Recycled plastic bottles are cleaned, chopped and ground into small chips. The chips are then melted and extruded into fibres, which are then woven into eco-friendly swim shorts! Voilà!

Each swim short is made out of up to 9 plastic bottles.
