We have free domestic shipping. The estimated delivery time is 1 - 3 business days.
We offer two options for international shipping :
1) Standard: Estimated delivery time is 5 - 15 business days. The cost of shipping is THB 700.-
2) Express : Estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 businesss days. The cost of shipping is THB 1'200.-
Please note that you are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world.
Do you need to return or exchange something?
No problem! We accept all returns within 7 days upon receiving your order. If 7 days have gone by since you received your items, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, with all labels intact in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
Notify us of your wish to return an item via email on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Make sure the items are in the same condition as when received, pack them carefully to ensure that items don’t get damaged on the way.
Attach returns label that will be emailed to you on the package.
Once your return has been received, it will be processed and we will send you an email confirming that we have received your return item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. This may take up to 7 working days.If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and your original method of payment will be refunded, within a few days. We will refund the amount you paid when you purchased the item, without the cost of shipping.We try our best to accept all returns!
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We always ship out within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please contact us ASAP on email@example.com. We are not able to amend orders once payment is finalised, however, we can cancel and re-issue manually if the order has not already dispatched.
